What are the dimensions of the board?
How can I clean the chopping board? Can I clean them in a dishwasher?
We recommend you to hand wash the bamboo cutting board with soap and water. However, You can still clean the board in the dishwasher but it will affect the quality of the board.
Please do not ever soak your bamboo (or any wooden) cutting board.
It's recommended to oil the board regularly to maintain the integrity of the wood.
Proper care will ensure a long life of your bamboo cutting board.
Are the containers dishwasher safe?
Yes! It's completely safe to wash the plastic and steel containers in the dishwasher.
Do the containers have lids and if so does it come with it?
We have discontinued the lids for a while now as they weren't selling so well. If there is enough demand, We will get them back in stock and we'll inform all our customers via email.
They were as an addon so it was purchased separately. If you want them with lids, You can place your order for EasyChop Workstation. When it comes back in stock, We will email you the link so that you can order it. We will not charge any shipping fee for it.
Can I purchase additional containers? In case they are broken?

You will also be asked if you want additional containers after you complete your order :)
Can I interchange the big containers with the small ones for different purposes?
Yes! You can interchange the containers. You can put the bigger containers on the top rack and the smaller ones at the bottom. They will fit just fine. Just make sure the front side of the small containers is the longer side otherwise it won't fit well.
Are these FDA approved?
Yes, the EasyChop Workstation is FDA approved.
How can I maintain the integrity of the cutting board?
You can oil the board with a Bamboo Revitalizing Oil when you think it is dry. You can add it after you have completed your order.
Do the containers come with the my order or do I have to order them separately?
If you are purchasing the EasyChop Workstation, You will be receiving 4 Containers. 2 Steel Containers and 2 Plastic Containers. There will be 2 small containers and 2 large containers.
Can I remove the upper rack from the board?
Yes! Everything in the EasyChop workstation is detachable. If you want, You can remove everything and just use the chopping board. You can remove the bottom rack and the top rack whenever you want. It's made for comfort and ease :)

I found this cheaper on Amazon or a different website, is it Legit? NO!
No, We don't sell on amazon as our margins are thin and amazon keeps a great cut of it. We don't sell it on amazon or any other site. Please beware of these dangerous knockoffs. They are cheap knock offs that break easily and are not food grade friendly. It is made of cheap wood and the board breaks very easily. We ourselves have ordered these knock offs (some didn't even came = scam) to see the quality and it is made of the cheapest bamboo. You will even get splinters(I did got one). We take down these sites every day and they pop back up again. Please report such sites to us at hello@easychopworkstation.
